Terms & Conditions

1. Parties

These Terms govern the provision of AI consulting and related services by Rose Butcher, a self-employed sole trader based in England, registered office Office 19054, 182-184 High Street North, East Ham, London, E6 2JA (“I”, “me”, “Rose”), to any individual or business (“Client”, “you”) who purchases or agrees to receive services.

By engaging my services, making a payment or booking a call, you agree to these Terms in full.

2. Services offered

I provide AI consulting for busy and neurodivergent founders, structured as three services. Exact scope and deliverables for any engagement are agreed in writing before work commences. All prices shown are in GBP and are the full amount payable.

3. Payment terms

The AI Strategy & Workflow Blueprint is paid in full before delivery or the strategy call. The Complete Done-For-You AI Transformation requires a 50% deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon delivery. All prices are in GBP. Invoices are due within 14 days of issue. Late payment may result in work being paused.

4. Revisions

Where a Done-For-You engagement includes a website build, two rounds of revisions are included, defined as changes within the agreed scope and design direction. Revision rounds must be submitted in writing. Changes outside the original scope or requested after sign-off may be quoted and charged separately at an agreed rate. Snapshot and Assessment reports include the debrief or strategy call for questions; further work beyond that is scoped separately.

5. Cancellation policy

• The AI Strategy & Workflow Blueprint: Non-refundable once the assessment has been produced or the strategy call has been scheduled. If cancelled before either of those, a full refund is issued.
• The Complete Done-For-You AI Transformation: The 50% deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced. If you cancel before work begins, the deposit is refunded in full. Once a milestone has been delivered, the fee attributable to that milestone is retained. The final balance is due upon delivery.

6. Intellectual property

All deliverables remain my intellectual property until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, all rights to the completed website code and design transfer to you. You own your content and any assets you supply throughout. I retain the right to reference completed work in portfolio materials and case studies unless you request confidentiality in writing before the project begins.

7. Scope and changes

Any work beyond the agreed scope will be flagged and quoted in writing before being undertaken. I will not proceed with out-of-scope work without your written agreement. Timeline changes caused by delayed content, feedback or approvals from the Client are the Client's responsibility and may affect the agreed delivery date.

8. Client responsibilities

You are responsible for supplying accurate content, images and brand assets in a timely manner. Delays caused by late or missing content may extend timelines and do not constitute a breach of contract on my part. You are responsible for obtaining the rights to any third-party content or images you supply.

9. Limitation of liability

My total liability in connection with any project is limited to the amount paid by the Client for that project. I am not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of revenue, lost profits or reputational damage. I am not responsible for third-party services (Vercel, Calendly, Google Analytics etc.) or for content you supply that infringes a third party's rights.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
