1. Parties

These Terms govern the provision of AI visibility services by Rose Butcher, a self-employed sole trader based in England, registered office Office 19054, 182-184 High Street North, East Ham, London, E6 2JA (“I”, “me”, “Rose”), to any individual or business (“Client”, “you”) who purchases or agrees to receive services.

By engaging my services, making a payment or booking a call, you agree to these Terms in full.

2. Services offered

I provide AI visibility services for founder-led businesses, consultants, agencies and small businesses who want to be found when their customers search using AI tools. Exact scope and deliverables for any engagement are agreed in writing before work commences. All prices shown are in GBP and are the full amount payable.

3. Payment terms

The AI Visibility Audit is paid in full before delivery of the action roadmap. AI Visibility Monitoring is billed monthly in advance. AI Visibility Implementation engagements require a 50% deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon delivery. All prices are in GBP. Invoices are due within 14 days of issue. Late payment may result in work being paused.

4. Revisions

Where an Implementation engagement includes a website build, two rounds of revisions are included, defined as changes within the agreed scope and design direction. Revision rounds must be submitted in writing. Changes outside the original scope or requested after sign-off may be quoted and charged separately at an agreed rate. Audit deliverables include the discovery call for questions; further work beyond that is scoped separately.

5. Cancellation policy

• AI Visibility Audit: Non-refundable once the action roadmap has been produced or the discovery call has taken place. If cancelled before either, a full refund is issued.
• AI Visibility Monitoring: A rolling monthly service. Either party may cancel with 30 days notice. Fees already paid for the current month are non-refundable.
• AI Visibility Implementation: The 50% deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced. If you cancel before work begins, the deposit is refunded in full. Once a milestone has been delivered, the fee attributable to that milestone is retained. The final balance is due upon delivery regardless of whether you choose to proceed with launch.

6. Intellectual property

All deliverables remain my intellectual property until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, all rights to completed website code and design transfer to you. You own your content and any assets you supply throughout. I retain the right to reference completed work in portfolio materials and case studies unless you request confidentiality in writing before the project begins.

7. Scope and changes

Any work beyond the agreed scope will be flagged and quoted in writing before being undertaken. I will not proceed with out-of-scope work without your written agreement. Timeline changes caused by delayed content, feedback or approvals from the Client are the Client's responsibility and may affect the agreed delivery date.

8. Client responsibilities

You are responsible for supplying accurate content, images and brand assets in a timely manner. Delays caused by late or missing content may extend timelines and do not constitute a breach of contract on my part. You are responsible for obtaining the rights to any third-party content or images you supply.

9. Limitation of liability

My total liability in connection with any project is limited to the amount paid by the Client for that project. I am not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of revenue, lost profits or reputational damage. I am not responsible for third-party services (Vercel, Calendly, Google Analytics etc.) or for content you supply that infringes a third party's rights.

10. Nature of services and no guarantee of results

All AI visibility services, including the Snapshot, Audit, Monitoring and Implementation, are advisory in nature. They are based on my professional assessment at the time the work is carried out.

I do not guarantee any specific outcome. In particular, I do not guarantee:

• guaranteed rankings in any search engine or AI tool;
• guaranteed citations, mentions or recommendations inside any AI system;
• guaranteed placement or visibility inside ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, traditional Google search or any other platform.

Results may vary, and may change over time, due to factors outside my control, including model changes, personalisation, the user's location, individual search behaviour, and platform updates. AI tools and search engines are owned and operated by third parties who control how, when and whether any business is surfaced. The goal of my services is measurable improvement over time, not a guaranteed position.

11. Confidentiality and white label work

Any information you share with me during an audit, monitoring engagement or project is treated as confidential. Your business information will never be shared with third parties except where strictly necessary to deliver the service (for example a payment provider) or where required by law.

Where I carry out white label work for an agency or consultant, that work and the relationship behind it remain confidential. I will not use the names of white label clients, or their clients, publicly without written permission.

Once a project is complete and paid for in full, you own the deliverables produced for you, as set out in the intellectual property section above.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
