I spent about ten years helping businesses become clear and credible online, across B2B and B2C content marketing and three years in PR. Underneath, the job was always the same: take what a business does and make it easy to understand, easy to trust, and easy to find. AI search is simply the next place that work happens.

Why AI visibility, and why now

Your customers have started asking ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity for recommendations instead of scrolling Google, and most businesses are invisible when they do. Around 45% of people now use AI to find services, up from 6% a year ago, yet these tools name only a fraction of the businesses that exist. That gap is the whole opportunity, and it is early enough that the businesses filling it now are the ones AI will keep naming later.

Built for clarity, because I need it too

I was diagnosed AuDHD in my thirties, so I build everything to be simple, clear and free of jargon, the way I need it to be myself. That is not a limitation, it is the method. A page clear enough for a distracted human to understand in seconds is exactly the kind of page AI can read and quote. Clarity is the product.

How I work

I work with a small number of clients at a time, so your project gets proper attention rather than being one of forty. I use AI heavily in my own workflow, but the strategy, judgement and quality control are always mine. And I will tell you the truth about what is working and what is not, even the parts that are hard to prove. Based in Eastbourne, I work with businesses and agencies across the UK and worldwide.
